Kai Strobel is one of the outstanding percussionists of his generation. As 1st prize winner and winner of the Audience Award at the 68th International ARD Music Competition 2019, he has established himself internationally and impresses with his musical versatility between classical and contemporary music. Since 2022, he has been Professor of Percussion at the Conservatorio della Svizzera italiana in Lugano (Switzerland).
Our task was to design a website that conveys Mr. Strobel’s artistic profile in a clear and appealing way. The site combines expressive images with a special playback function that allows selected pieces of music to be experienced directly. Visitors can click through a detailed biography, follow automatically integrated Facebook news, enjoy audio and video recordings of his performances and download a press pack. It was particularly important to us to present his two released albums in an appealing way and to integrate audio samples seamlessly into the web design.
In addition, we created a Wikipedia article about Kai Strobel to make his artistic career visible there as well. With its clear and modern design, the website offers a central point of contact for event organizers, press and music lovers alike.
